We are new to Milton and relatively new homeowners. When our furnace completely died the other night we new we needed to take care of it straight away with cooler weather on the horizon. I jumped on google and chose this business based on other customer reviews and I’m glad I did. Tracy took my call after 6pm and assured me I was in good hands and they would have a tech out right away. The gentleman who showed up (apologies, I can’t recall his name) was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to us what we was doing and gave us options for repairs. The parts we need have been ordered and we know it will be ship shape soon!

My mom called me mid October 2020 to let me know that her heating system is not working. Thankfully it wasn’t deep winter so she was ok to go through the night without heat, but fixing my moms heat was first priority. I did some research on different companies and options. We knew that we wanted to purchase. We looked and some ‘big name companies’ as the first choice and we had in person interviews with three of them one of which was Free Air Heating - referred by a close friend; the difference was evident right away. They came first thing in the morning they assessed the old furnace, they not only educated us about different options but they had different books to show us the different products available. They were patient with my mom. They didn’t try to sell my mom other things that she didn’t need. They were straight to the point, they listened to what was needed and was able to give a very reasonable price-point comparing to all the other companies that we interviewed. The workers were extremely professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were fast and NEAT!! I would recommend this company to anyone. We are extremely happy with the services they provided us.

The technician showed up within the allotted time, he was very professional and explained to me what he was doing. He fixed the problem and provided recommendations for preventative maintenance for the furnace. I had a few phone calls with the office while booking the appointment and afterwards and again, very professional and kind. Had an issue and Stephen was was able to schedule me in later that same day. He came in and had no problem solving my issue and then provided the maintenance and mentioned a component that was missing. He suggested next week but when we asked him if the next day was possible he was extremely flexible and came in the next day and completed the work. On top of his amazing work and customer service, he helped my dad with disassembling fitness equipment. Really appreciate the work and will definitely go with Stephen and Free Air Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. again!
