UPS needs to get with the times. How hard is it to call, text, or email somebody before you arrive with their package? They come to your house, knock quietly and then leave with your package, instead of just leaving it at the door like any other delivery service. Then they tell you that it is impossible for them to deliver it again and that you need to come pick it up. I don't own a car and I live too far away to walk, so I either have to cab or bus both ways to get to the nearest outlet, which is costly and frankly unsafe being that we are currently in the middle of a pandemic. This is the second time this has happened to me and both times could have been avoided by just sending a quick email or leaving the package at my door.

This is to reply to the review of Md. Mohitul Haque Evan: we are sorry to see that you were not comfortable. However, we are confident to say that the situation was not like that. The conversation was in an appropriate manner even when you consistently disputed that a student ID is a government issued ID and when you claimed us after walking a long distance and the parcel could not be released due to lacking of proper ID as if it was our fault. We understand your frustration but what we have been doing is to protect you and other clients! As you could see, on the following day, you returned, showed proper ID and picked it up without any problem. Anyway, thank you for your feedback!
Be careful of the bald Vietnamese store manager with glasses. The guy is very rude. I went there to pick up my parcel with my student ID and the guy started shouting at me. I mean you can talk politely that a valid government ID is required, you do not need to shout or be rude about it. Very disappointed with that guy's behavior. That store is not recommended. If there is any other store available you will be better off using that.
My preferred shipping place! Owners are always very nice and helpful. Quick in and out and UPS as a whole I have had the best experiences with when shipping to my Fredericton apartment.
You will find excellent customer service at this UPS Store. I was happy to even find an excellent Valentine's Day card there for my sweetie too! Thanks for serving our community and your customers so well !!
