Mariah was helpful and wonderful to deal with. She walked me through my device options, answered all of my questions and was able to help me balance the values of some of the features vs. some of the best deals. Thanks to her, I walked out of there with a prepaid visa to cover my early upgrade fee, more data for the same price I was paying, and obviously a snazzy new phone. She even helped me transfer the apps and stuff from my old phone. Highly recommend!

Best customer experience I've had purchasing a phone. I had broken my old phone and needed a new one. Walking in I was in a pretty bad mood having to get a new phone but I was greeted by Carl one of the salesmen. After going over my options I was able to set up a new phone in a higher bracket than my old one and pay off the subsidy on my old phone at no extra cost plus keep my old number and they took care of the migration of my old data for me, all in less than an hour! Overall a great experience and I went from being in a bad mood to having an experience that made my day and I'll definitely be going back for my next phone!
