Sooooo I'm a little biased but I love Journeys. Reason why I'm biased because it gives off my style and vibe it's a really expressive place. Lots of shoe selections: Docs, Vans, Converse, Roxy, Adidas, Puma, Uggs, Crocs, Birkenstock, Levis, and a few others. They have lots of shoe Care kits, selection of backpacks, some top apparel. The Regent Mall Journeys staff is also super cool. Really helpful

I came here earlier and I absolutely loved the wide variety of styles available for Converse shoes but most importantly, I greatly appreciated the help of one of the employees, Rachel, since she was kind, welcoming and helped recommend styles for me! Thank you Rachel :)
Was not made aware of shipping costs to store prior to the purchase, nor was any effort made to compensate for it once shoes were found already in-store. Not pleased and will no longer be shopping at Journeys.
