They are so...so... helpful and will do their best to find the answer to any of your questions. Great return/exchange policy. Great products usually at great prices... Its my first stop when buying musical/band/recording/stage/lighting equipment Its called being frugal while saving the planet (win/win).... when I grow up a little more and decide to change careers, I will definitely work there 2

Emelia at digitalworld goes above and beyond when relating to customers. I came in on Friday to find a ring for my fiancé and she was so patient and kind as I made my decision. She made my shopping experience more enjoyable than I knew it could be! She deserves all the good the world has to offer her, couldn't have done it without her
Just left digital world, trying to sell a phone. I wasn’t bothered by the fact they wouldn’t take it because of a small crack, I’m very bothered by the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They girl with the short black hair and heart tattoo on her face was absolutely rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Made me feel terrible while leaving. Won’t be going back there.
Every time I go in I'm always pleasantly surprised with the good selection, and great service. I'm usually looking for music equipment or records, and Emilia is always very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard.
