I went to CARSTAR Fredericton to fix my engine shield, they charged me 224.03 for new front and rear engine shield and told me it's fixed. But today when I went to get my engine oil changed, I came to know that my shield appears to be the same and with similar problem. I went back to CARSTAR Fredericton to check, they took the car in and told me there is just minor issue and they gonna fix it. This is just bad on their part if they did not changed it before because customer goes to them based on their reputation as they have partnership with different insurance companies as well. Never expected such kind service from them. Also attaching the receipt from them and the receipt I got from other place from where I found out it's not fixed.

️️️️️ I had an accident with my car, my insurance company referred me to CarStar My car was classified as a total loss, it hurts me, but I was comforted by the evaluation of my car, I was not expecting so much, but I'm happy because I had put a lot of money on this car, a 2012 hyundai accent. I was able to be served in my language, which helped me a lot to express myself clearly. Thank you to the lady who takes care of the reception Jackie and all her team.

Such a welcoming place!. , The girl at front desk super. This place is super clean compared to other collision places and they actually treat you like family!. I highly recommend.
