I’ve primarily dealt with their service and parts department for many a miscellaneous or random need or project. They’ve been more than helpful explaining things to me, and taking the time to really understand my needs and advise me on the parts I need. Their sales team seems great as well, I had a great experience when I was in the market for a trailer, unfortunately I found a trailer I liked better that wasn’t offered at Fraserway, but their team is great and I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I’m in the market for a new unit.

Great service - again. The team is very friendly and helpful. This time we rented the converted van, which, I have to admit, is not as satisfying as expected, especially when compared to the more traditional RV models offered by Fraserway (there is a lot of potential storage space not built out adequately). Also, a (paid) option for winter tires would be a great thing to offer! Thanks to Kayla and Ilse-Marie for your professionalism!

Thank you Kevin and Michelle, help me a lot on customer service, 2018 model 19rd ,great experience,highly recommend.the consumption of gas is 16L/100km -6.8L V10 gas engine .
