I went to trial with this lawyer, got 3 charges dropped right away and was found not guilty on another 3. Frank convinced me not to plead guilty and it all worked out for me. I would recommend this lawyer and if i need too i will continue to use him as my lawyer. 5 star.

Frank is a gem to the Windsor legal community. He was extremely knowledgeable in the area that I had a case in and was very helpful to me. His assistant is also great and helpful with issues that arose and I needed to address.
VERY RUDE!! I contacted this lawyer to represent my husband in court due to a highway traffic offence; as we reside in another province. He told me he would contact me with an update. I never heard from him and sent him an email simply asking for an update. I never received a reply, so a few days later I left him a voicemail. Still no reply. As we were starting to get concerned, we contacted the court for an update and found out it was postponed. I sent Mr. Retar another email letting him know that I had an update from the court, and he calls me and starts telling me off, berating me, treating me like dirt, and actually made me cry on the phone. He was very rude and kept insisting that he was a criminal lawyer. I guess my request was beneath him. He couldn't even tell me how much it would cost and when I asked, he stated that I was accusing him of stealing!! I would never recommend him as I always thought a lawyer was supposed to work with and defend a client, not treat them with total disregard and yell at them like they were dirt under his feet. If you are looking for a lawyer who doesn't have the time of day for you, then this is your guy.
