Baked goods are decent but lady in the back was very rude and aggressive. Please improve the customer experience. There is no reason the customer should feel intimidated or reluctant to ask a simple question Without being scoffed at.

I’ve stopped by this bakery many times, and can’t believe they’ve been around for more than 25 years! I find they have everything you would need in one place: * Coffee, latte, espresso * Cakes * Pastries * Breads * Donuts * Hot/Cold sandwiches * Hot table * Small aisle of Italian products * Eating area * Catering The individual cakes are small, but fresh and decadent. The Opera is my favorite with a strong coffee liquor flavor. The donuts are a bit on the chewy side, but for a dollar, you can’t beat the price. The plain butter croissant is quite popular and is very flaky. I haven’t tried any of their hot items yet, but the arancinis look delicious. Their coffee is from Lavazza and is a medium roast.

Overall the foods were great. I had one cannoli , Napoleon and cheesecake from their pastry section. All the pastries were really good. I had their cheese rice ball and meet rice ball as well. They are okay. The one thing that I didn't like was the almond chocolate croissant. Usually I like the almond chocolate mixture. but I think the almond essence they used in the croissant was way too overpowering for me. Had to throw out the inner almond potion but the croissant on the top was really good and flaky.

Delicious sandwich!! We've gotten baked goods from here numerous times and are always impressed.. Good flavour without overdoing the sugar. Friendly staff too.
