My review regards the 500ml cubes that we usually buy to take home. So far we tried almost all the flavours that you offer. And we like most of them. I really would like to give your ice cream all the 5 stars it deserves for the taste. The big bummer however is your packaging: the ice cream melts quickly and the paper cube gets soggy. We live 10 minutes drive from your uptown Waterloo store and we always put the cubes in our cooler with a few ice packs. By the time we get home, the cubes turn into a flavoured soup. We need to transfer the melted ice cream to different containers and freeze it for later, throwing away the soggy packaging. It is all very messy and takes away from the joy of eating the ice cream. It would do your product enormously favour if you changed the packaging for the 500ml cube. After this post I received an immediate response from the owner. This was the most impressive response I have seen in long time coming from business person; firstly, the charges of my recent transaction were reversed, then replacement of original order was delivered by the owner to my home. That is nice. We’ll remain loyal, especially when, as we were told, new better packaging is coming soon for the product we like. Congratulations on great customer service.

I had the pumpkin pie (with literally chucks of PP , super delicious! not overly sweet) and another scoop with Earl Grey & honey (also super delicious!, perfect sweetness). I absolutely love this place. Best ice cream in Waterloo! High recommendation for anyone planning a trip to K-W. I hope they stay open for winter.

Awesome ice cream! The place can be a little hard to find. Make sure you drive around the back of the building and park on the gravel. There is no signage on the front of the building for it. Regardless of how hard or easy it is to find, it's worth the effort of going! For those with accessibility issues, the entrance is not automatic or wheelchair friendly.
