My car had some squeezing issues with the brake but, when I noticed and let them know, they were ready to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Even though, it was a busy time for them, they told me to bring the car on the next day. I brought the car there and issues are resolved with a free of cost. Above all, I got a great service from Nelson, that was really appreciable. Thanks a lot.
Kudos to the people of this shop! I am a first time customer and Max kept my temporary schedule open when I needed a tire change. So i went there Nov. 10 and was accommodated in a nice manner. Although, it is not allowed to sit inside Max consoled me that there are Denny's, A & W around to hang around while waiting for a tire change. Absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs something for their car. Wish you could include wheel alignment for a 4 tire change for let say 50 off than just 20. The other guy beside Max was also entertaining.

I had a car-full of family and a battery that suddenly decided to quit. The car is unusable in this state. The guys at Fountain Tire 5850 Kingsway, Burnaby BC went above and beyond to get us back on the road in record time. The battery was a specialized battery which had to be driven in from their warehouse location, which they got their guy to deliver super fast. I'm very happy with their service. 5 stars.
