I have been going to this Fountain Tire location for a few years and I am consistently impressed with their service. As a single woman who does not know much about cars, I really appreciate how much time they take to explain everything and show me first hand (under the car) what is going on. Even for the small things they are willing to take the time and even do a test drive with me to learn more about the problem. Full transparency and laughs every visit. As for my tires, I got all season Good Years from them and felt so much safer on the road which really helped with my flat tire anxiety. If you ever need help with your car, I recommend as I do to friends and family, to call this location first.

Very positive experience and excellent service! My car broke down while I was waiting in the drive-thru at the McDonald's across the parking lot. I supposed I was really lucky that Fountain Tire was in the same lot. It was Saturday near closing time, but the guys still spend some time to inspect the issue. The owner is a great guy and took care of my car breakdown swiftly. Parts came in on Monday and I picked up the car on the same day. The bill was also very reasonable after some comparison.

I know close to nothing when it comes to cars. I recently had my winter tires put on by my partner and I always thought it was normal for my car / steering wheel to vibrate more with winter tires because they are softer. I was wrong. Nick and his team are so great. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. Nick actually went to get me the centric rings my tires needed! AND I got a free retorque after 100km. Amazing service!!!!

I have relied on the services of Fountain Tire, Marine Drive location, a handful of times now & have received great service each time. They're honest with their assessments, as well as suggestions upon inspection. The most recent visit was for a full brake job (rotors & pads) on my Silverado 1500.
