I moved from the mainland to the island and was so fortunate to find Foundry Martial Arts. I train Muay Thai privately and attend classes. Private training works both my strengths and weaknesses. Ron is an amazing trainer with a vast amount of knowledge that he delivers in a way to ensure success. Class size is small and adapted for all levels of experience. Whether it’s your first class or hundredth class, there is always something to learn and improve upon. I always walk out the door with a huge smile and a sense of accomplishment.

Very impressed with the knowledge of the instructor and his ability to articulate concepts and ideas to students. The space is very nice and class sizes are intimate so there is quite a bit of individualized attention. A good skill based workout.
Great classes for all levels, knowledgeable and clear instruction. The gym is clean, open and has a friendly environment. Really fun way to exercise and improve yourself!
A great environment for anyone who has an interest in jiu jitsu whether they are a beginner or advanced. An excellent curriculum for self defence , fitness or to learn an interesting new sport. Plus it has lots of parking!!!!!
