The care support at Foundation Chiro is exceptional. I am a patient of Dr. Shamira and love her gentle approach for improving my alignment and dealing with acute pain (often from desk work and yard work). I have also seen Dr. Jason and appreciate how thorough he is for a first assessment to also deal with an acute pain issue when Dr. Shamira was travelling (pre-COVID). I highly recommend Foundation to anyone looking to begin a Chiro care journey or looking to switch to a new centre.

I had never been to a chiropractor but I started going to Foundations after being referred by my dentist. The first few appointments were an initial consult with some testing to see where I was at. I have now been going consistently for a few months and am so happy with the results! My issue is close to resolved and overall I have much more mobility in my neck, back and other areas that I didn't even know needed help. Both Dr. Shamira and Jason have been excellent partners. I would highly recommend either of them.

At Foundation Chiropractic the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I come quite a distance and they are always super accommodating. Dr. Jenn is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My treatment plan is based on results gained by imaging that pinpointed the source of the issues. The plan includes check points along the way to see if the treatments actually accomplish realigning my spine, so I can see on the monitor my progress. It just confirms what I already feel in my body. Thank you guys for helping me regain my mobility.
