This is NOT a licensed Fed Ex or DHL location. This company charged me 160 for a 42 Fed Ex shipment. When I realized what they had done, they could not refund me the 160 because their machine was conveniently broken and they only had 60 cash on site. The manager came into the store to show an employee how to do a refund and then promptly left and would not return or take any calls, claiming he went into a “business meeting@. These people will charge you inflated rates for shipping, and then fill out the information on FedEx’s website just like you could have done for yourself at home. Do not get scammed like I did! Take your packages somewhere else.
