Nice little Creek flowing and close to Armstrong BC

We came across this by accident but we were very grateful that we did! We had been diving back and forth looking for our vacation rental and it was getting late and I was getting miserable. It's very roomy quiet. It was completely covered in snow so I have no idea where the washrooms are but for the few hours we were there it was great

This is a highway rest stop where people walk their dogs in the summer traveling season. It also has a couple picnic tables and a toilet. The traffic is rediculously fast paced as the posted speed has increased and the 4 lane highway has ended thus down to 2 lanes & the narrow bridge adds to the traffic congestion. It is often extremely difficult to turn left back onto the highway & even a right turn can be a long wait in the summer time. I lived across the highway from this rest stop for two years and heard many traffic accidents and screaching tires at this location. Because of the 2 lanes & bridge there is no way around an accident thus traffic backs up for miles / kms causing much frustration. This causes some adults & children have to urinate by the side of the road. Not a pleasant view from one's house or farm.
