One of the best experiences I’ve had through all of the issues following the June hail storm in Northeast Calgary. Fortress are a preferred vendor with TD Insurance. They were thorough, communicated well through the whole process, and I got exactly what I needed. Well done and highly recommended.

Poor communication on planning and scheduling of repairs. Still waiting to have all repairs completed months after the initial damage. If it weren't for my insurance company using them, I would have gone a different direction already.
Fortress Roofing did an excellent job of removing snow off my roof. Most snow I have ever had. They were prompt, quick and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone in fact I will be calling them for future work.
October 2019 – We had Fortress complete a replacement of our old tar and gravel roof with a new asphalt roof. While the old roof seemed to survive numerous hailstorms and weather while others were beat into the ground, it was time to upgrade to new technology. Fortress coordinated our attic insulation upgrades and did a magical job getting our roof done. Despite 15cm of snow mid job, we were sealed up weather protected, and work commenced when mother nature gave the Fortress team a break. This is our second major project with Fortress in the past 2 years (first being replacing the siding and the garage roof). Job site was very clean. Roofers were on time and not disruptive. We had great experience with Fortress from my initial phone call to project completion. I called Nicole in their office and within a few hours Amorel (owner) arrived to review the garage metal roof water leak. The repair scope was thoroughly explained and quoted cost very reasonable. I felt very comfortable in communicating with Amorel as the repair was completed in regards to the overall roof condition of the garage as well as Amorel also reviewing our home roof. It is a good feeling to know that Fortress cared about ensuring that we had a real positive experience. Highly recommended!
