5 Stars! I usually don’t write reviews, especially about a bank. I decided to write a review because I tried several banks in FSJ and have always had reliable and consistent great service at this bank. Then TD brought Kevin Truong, the manager at TD - It is because of him that prompted this review! He knows his stuff and is a genuine good guy. Shout out to all the ladies and gents also, Damian

Seems like we are constantly being disapointed since we chose this bank for our mortgage. We had our agent leave mid way through the process, the two mortgage "specialists" we did deal with had such heavy accents they did not seem to understand our wishes and just went ahead with whatever their process was ( We only got a 2 year mortgage!! When the rates were at their lowest, thanks a lot) we cannot get a reply about anything lately email after email. We wanted extra for renos and basically the week we were closing conditions and such he tells us oh that's a different process! Ugh needless to say we will be changing our mortgage handler as soon as possible
The bank is closed at same time as other banks... What is going on in this town, TD is supposed to be open latest of all banks. Every TD bank in towns has at least one open late TD. 5pm close and one day at 6pm in an industry town is completely unacceptable. Many people work until 6pm, and start at 6am everyday potentially getting a Sunday off which doesn't help as banks are closed Sundays.
Why is the access to the atm close today? Now have to go somewhere else and pay? You call that comfortable banking? Terrible service as always
