I got my new machine last weekend and it was great thanks to Sam Craig and Andrew from the sales department They put up with all my craziness millions of questions they were very knowledgeable and fair and easy to deal with. The parts department was also amazing to deal with putting up with my many changes to the deal thank you very much Nicky. Sam and the crew at E&S took great care of us in the purchase of our new Khaos! We really loved that there were tonnes of sleds in stock when we came to shop. When we came, the sled was ready to go and we were also able to purchase all the accessories (cover, can, tether, helmet) that we needed at the same time. When we had a little problem with the tether, the service team fit us in right away and made us getting back on track a top priority. We highly recommend that anyone who is sled shopping give them a call!!
Excellent service, Nikki from their parts department was able to handle a special order I needed to make. Very prompt excellent communication with ongoing orders. And very persistent with keeping up with my order as it made a lengthy change of hands to get to them! Overall above and beyond service I highly recommend you give these guys and gals a shout if your looking at getting something related to the brands their dealership carries

This team knows how it's done, from the moment I purchased my snowmobile from them to bringing it in for service they have always treated me with the upmost respect and excellent customer service. They were able to help me out in a pinch to get going for the weekend and went above and beyond to get it all sorted for me! Bought a new rzr from these guys,after a couple bad experiences at other shops , Craig was able to help me no problem,was very friendly and courteous ,within a couple hours the machine was already getting delivered , this was an awesome purchasing experience from start to finish , the ladies at the front are awesome and so are the service people, highly recommend visiting this place.
