This store is such a wonderful place to shop .. whether you are an experienced Fish enthusiast or more like me- I love having an aquarium but not fond of cleaning it! Brandon stopped by today and cleaned it out. He remained professional and courteous as he carefully removed each item, cleaned it off, sucked out gunk from the bottom and the masterfully replaced it all. So happy to support this local business who treats me like a valuable customer each and every time I stop in. Thanks Micheal and gang!

Just went in to get pet items and saw the terrible condition of some of their cages animals. A little rabbit didn't have any water or hay, which is a basic food requirement. The cage was tiny for his size, which you would think a store dealing with animals would know. Why do pet stores sell pets if they cant take care of them in store? I wish I could support local, but if local is this neglectful I would rather go to pet valu.
I had a really pleasant visit here. The gentleman with the cheekbone piercing was extremely nice and helpful. I was looking for a small thing of turtle food, but unfortunately I didn't have enough. so he gave my a couple days worth for my turtle, until I get paid :)
