Dr. ID has always been a great doctor for me but his receptionist is awful. They have phone issues that automatically reroute people to a voicemail which never seems to be answered. They have an automated message which when it hits voicemail prompts you to press 1 to confirm who you are before it gives you the information about your appointment (so it's useless). Myself and another guy both showed up for appointments and there was no one in the office. No receptionist to receive people even though it's technically a walk in clinic on the weekends. Please fix your technical issues because I do appreciate Dr. ID as a doctor.

ONE-STOP-PILL-POP-CLINIC THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY A PATIENT CAN SETTLE FOR 2 MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND BACK-T-BACK DAYS.....YESTERDAY 11:45AM AND TODAY 11:45AM.....YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT!!!!!! WHATS NEXT? MISPLACED MEDICAL PROCEDURE? DETAILED MEDICINE? OR WORST YET....CHILD!!!! TODAY I SAW 15 PATIENTS GO IN AND OUT IN 35 MINUTES SHAWN P
I didn't even get past the nasty rattle snake like receptionist after being referred by Primary Care network. All I said was that I would have loved to been given directions on where to go and then asked if it was part of her job discription to actually help people she hung up then left me a message saying I should find another doctor.
If I could have posted my review with no stars, I would have, but in order to post this comment I had to clinic on 1 star!? The front-end, reception staff are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with! I would suggest that the clinic hire more educated employees to work in their clinic, otherwise they will lose all their patients/clients! Never seeing a doctor in this clinic ever again!
Doctor in evening Dr Zhang has been useful, but I must agree one particular Reception has given me a hard time. Had to return to her which makes it hard to deal with this location.
Really love the doctor. The front staff make every call or experience there frustrating. I'm glad I found a really good doctor, but I feel like the front staff there don't want to help or are too preoccupied to help.
You make an appointment and they are not in the office(Staff) or open frustration Dr. Id Needs to get a manger to organize the office .
Dr. Id is great but the front office staff NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I have been sat in the waiting area and see them put people on hold just to play with their phone. Very disrespectful.
