This is a very shady company. I received a parking ticket but had a parking pass on my dash. The guy said I should have had it hanging on the visor because they couldn't see it with frost on car. He said he would void ticket. 5 months later I get a ticket? Fortunately, I took pictures and info down when it happened for proof. I called the other day and he said he would call and have ticket cancelled. I called to confirm today and he refused to give me his name or information. This is a shady company.

I called to ask about a ticket I got and the guy who answered wouldn’t even let me talk. He just kept threatening he would tow my car. It was really weird. This company is garbage. Absolutely no respect for how they operate. Tickets in my own space? Then threats to tow my car? What am I supposed to do? This is so stupid.

The worst security company that i have ever had to deal with. I don't know whether this company's security personnel are educated enough to discharge their simple duties that they are suppose to professionally. I have been ticketed a number to times by these morons in our visitor parking lot while displaying a parking pass. I have no idea where this company picked these retarded people from.

On the ticket it gives you Finch's number for any inquiries. If you call it, it is someone who does NOT have the grasp of the english language, and their answer to all "inquiries" is : Deal with it in court. I have a 120 parking ticket in a 48 hour visitors spot in Abasand. I was parked there ONE night and got issued the ticket. I'd trust Notley giving out tickets over this joke of a "security" company. 0/10. Brutal.
Worst security company to ever deal with Gives out tickets when you have a parking pass in very clear view of seeing it . He even wrote the parking pass # on the tickets and wrote the wrong unit number of where I live on the tickets. Good guess though from being parked in a visitor parking lot When called to inquire about these tickets all he could say was go to court. I may take you up on that offer dear Sir I do realize you work on commission and I will be contacting the condo association to see why someone like your company be issuing tickets when tickets should not be issued and will talking to neighbours to get similar story's to have a case to bring forward to the condo association When you try to say it was cause my vehicle or anyone else was parked more than 18 hours there is no marks on tires stating other wise that you are keeping track. I am a school bus driver and my vehicle moves twice a day at the time when you were issuing these tickets.. Not once was my vehicle parked more than 18 hours. Have something to back your bullshit up with. And you always issue tickets at 11:00pm-11:10 pm when everyone is home from work and sleeping. Pretty spineless of you but I will be waiting up next time for you to arrive with your ticket book where we can chat face to face and no hiding behind the phone call and hanging up cause you cant answer the questions I am asking or being ignorant .
