Called for a cab to fix auto in Gregoire. Waited over 25 minutes. No show. All these cab companies in fort McMurray is so pathetic. Not to mention they always seem to go to beaverlodge instead of beaveridge in Beacon Hill. I would welcome UBER in Fort McMurray with open arms. Garbage can companies.

Horrible. I told dispatch how to get here. I told the cab driver how to get here. My building has two entrances, I'm trying to explain that I am at the other entrance the driver 2 blocks away angry because he does not have a clue. On the top of it they both argue ! Unprofessional service. Never call them again, I called Sun taxi dispatch asked me "south side?" I said yes the cab was there in 3 minutes. Done.
The driver was very friendly and helpful! Very quick service! Strongly recommend this company! keep up the good work!
Saturday morning at 6:10am called for a cab to take me to work...its 7:10 now and i am late for work after calling 4 times and being told it was on the way. Clearly all the drivers are sleeping in a parking lot somewhere. Called them back and told them I was never using them again and thanks for making me late for work. Zero apology.
Best service I’ve ever had, on time always whenever I need a lift. Cabs are always clean and never bad service!
Called for a cab Thursday at 5:45 pm waited 1/2 hour no cab called again he was on his way waited another 20 min and decided to just walk. It's Friday morning and they still haven't showed up.
I was in another cab when Access taxi car #4029 passed us on the shoulder. We were passing a semi on a double lane hiway when he/she did this. Could have waited 3 seconds for us to pass the semi, but decided to pass us on the shoulder! No one was on the hiway, so there was no need for this. Driver was probably drunk. Dont ever use Access Taxi!
Booked a taxi, it never showed up and when I called they said she hadn't wrote it down. Feel Sorry for the drivers as they have lost my business.
