Depending on who makes the drink, it can be a hit or miss. This place was the first and for the longest time was the only place to get boba in kelowna. But more places opened up with better tasting drinks

Delicious tea, great menu selection. Friendly and patient staff. I brought my ma here for her first ever bubble tea and she talked about it for 2 days straight. Extremely reasonable prices, and all around a great experience. Also, I really like the "Covid remodeling", it's one of the places that feels the safest given the almost no contact.

Best bubble tea in Kelowna that is for sure. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves that perfect texture of tapioca and great drink flavour. Great place!
I'm addicted to their Hong Kong Milk Tea w/ pearls, and I think most bubble tea lovers will agree this is the best bubble tea cafe in Kelowna. There are some decent chains in town now, but Formosa is really the only bubble tea cafe with a good atmosphere (outside of COVID times of course). If you haven't been here, do your mouth a favor!
