I am coming here the third year with my friends for rafting day. They needed to relocate due to COVID and now based at the River run location. The new spot is not that much developed in infrastructure as the previous but you can find a lot of stuff to do: free kayaks to use, volleyball nets etc. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. Their new home is on the shore of the beautiful bay with a few trails around. I find food options to be more diverse than before and their guides are very professional and funny! Till next year

Went here for a white water rafting trip, incredible experience with lots of laughs with our guide Chaz. The photos which were provided by the group were excellent! Stopping for a jump in the rapids and some minor cliff jumping was also fantastic. The daily meals were very well portioned and food was great! Rooms were just 2 bunk beds in each room which is really all you need, but be advised its definitely no Fairmont Hotel.

They offer a very nice service for rafting along the Ottawa river. Very informative and entertaining guides. The entire trip is nice and organized. I remove 2 stars because there is one very important safety detail that they omitted from their safety tutorial. That is what to do when your raft flips over, and you end up under it. This exactly ended up happening with my group!

My partner and I did the 2 day beginner package with a rental cabin. The kayak school was amazing, and our guide was the best! The resort its self however, was not as advertised. We asked multiple staff about where certain things were located (like the hiking trails, biking trails, or where we can find this info, which was advertised) and no one had a clue, and basically just passed us onto someone else.... We eventually gave up and hiked our way through the bush! I will say, the kitchen and meals were the greatest camp food ive ever had, its better than my daily breakfast at home!! anyway, we had a great time, just disappointed with the resort and the cost of the stay (considering the resort conditions)

We had a great time rafting with Wilderness Tours. We were lucky with the time of year we went (a rainy July), it was ideal for rough, fast moving water in some points. We did not expect such a rough water experience nor did we appreciate the potential danger until the safety instructions, and once on the water the reality set it. Also, one of our boats flipped dislodging half its occupants - the safety instructions saved them from a wet nap. The instructors are fantastic.

What a great experience! The family had a great time and the lunch that was included was great! The place and view is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The merging of the company name was a bit confusing to find but overall a great trip!

Our appointment for rafting was at 12:30 pm, and my family and I were instructed to arrive half and hour earlier; so we did, just to find out that lunch (which was included) was halfway, and we did not have time, unless we ran. We were not informed about it; I tried to get someone to explain the situation, but there was no one. The girl at the entrance was kind enough to switch our lunch for dinner, and even when there was a price difference, she did not charge it. The bathrooms are disgusting, fortunately we just went inside to change clothes. The overall experience was fantastic, these guys take their business very seriously and both safety instructions and COVID-19 precautions were extremely detailed. Thumbs up for the trip leader, Chris, and our guide, Duncan: absolutely professional, fun and experienced. There were ups and downs, but they really made our experience worth it.

The overall experience was amazing. Tour guides while rafting were extremely knowledgeable and kept safety number one all the while keeping the experience exciting. The food was good. The only complaint I have is with having coffee only available at breakfast.....with the extremely low price of coffee it is something that should be available all day long...you do pay enough to accommodate that.
