The F150 is a really great vehicle. It is a vehicle that can be actively recommended to anyone. But there is something very regretful. The very trivial service in Canada and the United States is different. I'm running the machine using Google Home. In the United States, anyone can remotely control the F150 using Google Home. Unfortunately, it is said that Canada is not a service area. At Ford Canada, please explain why. And I would appreciate it if you let me know when the service is scheduled to begin.

DO NOT BUY AN F150. I’ve been a Ford loyalist for 10 years and my family and I own 4 ford vehicles (Fusion, Escape, E-350 and F-150). We bought a 2016 F-150 about a year and half ago. We started to notice that every time we start up the vehicle it puffs out excessive white smoke like a chimney out the exhaust (even on a warm start). We brought it to a ford mechanic shop, and they claimed it was burning excessive oil so they replaced the engine (which took 3 weeks). We received it back the problem continued, so we brought it in again - this time they couldn’t figure out the problem but they kept it for 2 weeks replaced a few parts and they claimed the problem was fixed. However, NOTHING WAS FIXED this issue is still happening. So we called corporate and the initial customer service rep stated that since we are still under warranty they will refer us to a higher executive - who will call us in 2 business days. We received a call 4 business days later and the executive we spoke to did nothing or offered any solutions for us. She stated that we should take the car back in or go to a different dealership. This is my first F-150 and I will never buy this Truck again. Ford has done nothing to fix my solution and they have offered me zero compensation. I got stuck with a lemon and ford refuses to replace it. DO NOT BUY AN F150, worse quality I’ve experienced in a ford product. Safe to say i doubt ill buy a Ford again after my experience with Ford customer service.

Very poor service between this dealer and Ford Canada. I have a 2018 F150 with a Powerstroke Deisel and the turbo failed. If you buy a diesel do not go to Yonge Steeles Ford for Warranty work they will simply bump you when an oil change comes in. We are on week 4 no truck. Waiting for FORD. I have been told it might go into the shop for the third time in 7 days by the service manager. I wait with intense anticipation. Ford is a joke. 10 vehicles later and never again.

WE dropped off our vehicle for the second time to have the transmission sliding issue addressed, The service adviser pulled our vehicle out of the rear of building and rather than park in a PARKING spot he left our vehicle in the middle of the lot also blocking a handicap space. Our vehicle was struck twice by the same person who was trying to pull out of their parking space. When i called in the adviser was yelling and VERY rude. Stating there were no parking spaces available to park our vehicle when in fact there were many. When i advised him i could see several parking spaces he advised it's not his problem and they do this all the time. Whether a vehicle is being parked for a second, a minute or an hour it is being PARKED therefore it should have been in a suitable parking space. The handling of this situation is unacceptable. If i could give you a 0 star i would. Absolutely absurd.
