I’ve only dealt with the service end at this location because my Kia is from the city and my other car is a Toyota but I’m always treated great here. Brenda goes above and beyond to explain everything and help us make the best decisions for servicing our vehicles. Everyone in the service department from the counter, to the office, the garage, and parts department all show great teamwork and communicate very well with each other; which always gives us great confidence in the work being done. Also a thanks to Karen who makes sure we’re comfortable while we wait. That’s one great team over at Forbes Kia New Minas!
