I absolutely love this place! I've bought so many amazing items from them over the past few years. I've gotten designer brand shirts for a mere fraction of the cost of what they retail for & they're always in great condition. I'm always weary of buying shoes second-hand (because foot odour & whatnot) but I have no issues buying footwear there. They have a great selection. I always go in looking for one or two things, but end up leaving with bags full of clothes because the prices are so good that I can justify buying more. I highly recommend this place to anyone! I only wish they had a slightly bigger selection of men's clothes, but I understand that I'm an exception in that most men aren't as into clothes shopping as I am & their customer base is more female than male, so I get it. 10/10 it's my favourite place to shop in London. I could spend every day there if I had the money

Rude staff. I can't believe I read that reply.. The owner clearly doesn't care about people.. Nice. I don't know this person that reviewed.. There is always 2 sides to a story but to reply like that for being a business owner.. Wow. Just omg wow. I've personally had bad experiences there with the staff the 3 times I've gone to shop. Left within minutes getting judged..
I would not support this business simply on the basis that they do not accept aboriginal status cards. I'm not indigenous but my partner is and this is such an arbitrary and discriminatory practice simply because they don't want to have to file for pro-rated taxes after. Such a small price to pay for maintaining customer relations.
Amazing prices and brand name items.
Extremely rude staff. I called in with a question an was rudely spoken to and hung up on. Do not support a business that truly can't understand basic human decency and customer service standards. Edit: re their response, I don't understand why this link( which certainly does not show your business in a positive light) was the response as the question absolutely had nothing to do with that news article. I had called asking about your price ranges on your clothes as I had family members travelling. Thank you for proving my point though about the horrible cutomer service. Top notch job!
