They doing well about COVID-19 guideline from entering. Line up for upstairs as Men’s section. I looked for my son’s basketball shoes which is Kyrie’s but there are not various models. But there are many of deals and quite spacious to look around with distancing

Management seems overbearing. I won a pair of shoes on the app, and management, specifically a manager named \Cherry\ seemed more busy trying to determine whether my app entry was fake (I don't even know if that's possible) than actually providing good customer service. Long lines as well. Management needs to get their game together.
I've had multiple employees tell me that a shoe was out of stock, come to find out that managers tell employees not to sell to certain people to avoid esellers\. I identify as a female and wear a 7Y, and they would not sell to me because I \was a man\. Extremely disheartening, and I will not be returning. Do better, limited shoes are just shoes, stop acting like your store is a bank.
