I've had bad hip and knee pain for years with no relief. Have tried orthotics from another provider a few years ago with no change. I had a friend just rave about Jane from Foot by Foot. Am I ever glad I listened to her. Jane was professional and very informative. She never seemed annoyed at my 100 questions and was very thorough with everything. Jane not only provided me with comfortable orthotics but suggested specific running shoes that would help with the pain. The combo of the 2 is a dramatic difference. I am happy to be back running and going for walks with my kids without any pain! Would highly recommend Foot by Foot! .
