Excellent engagement ring shopping experience! Totally happy with this major purchase. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and their ring settlings. He even looked at an online diamond and explained the characteristics to us! He went out of his way to answer all questions and meet my son’s diamond quality requirements while being mindful of his budget. He brought in the ring setting for him to see the potential diamonds in it, let him compare ‘live’ diamonds and view under the microscope. My husband and I have also made numerous purchases over the years and have always been pleased with the service and product quality. I highly recommend Sapphires in Fonthill.
