The staff here are amazing! You can buy supplies from a huge chain, but you'll never get the customer service you get here. The owner, Mike has been a priceless resource for us as new reptile owners. I will buy everything our pet needs from here just because of how helpful and genuinely concerned about our they are about our reptile experience.

The young male stuff is Very knowledgeable about these things, helped me alot about the setup and my interest about my very first lizard pet. New into this but i think thisnis the place to go if you want have some lizards
Love the service I get whenever I come here! The staff is so knowledgable and willing to help. Come here for everything reptile related. Unfortunately I had to surrender the family tortoise - but they are taking good care of him there!
Price of rats are too high jumbos are 13 here where at other store they are 8 like niagara pet corner .. they do have 3 options for them tho which is good frozen, fresh kill and live
