I had 2 cracks in my basement, one that was leaking water. I called 4 companies,for a quote. The other 3 companies just asked for me to send pictures to them, however the owner of Proseal, Trevor, instead said he liked to come and see the actual job and explain to the customer what needed to be done. This exceptional customer service continued throughout the whole repair, from both him and his staff. They used epoxy where some of the companies were only going to use polyurethane for the concrete repair, and they were charging the same price. Trevor is honest and really cares about ensuring his company is offering good service and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

All worker were very professional and respected our home. Went above and beyond to complete the exact job we asked for in the exact time quoted in contract. Also after getting a # of quotes with them we got the very best deal. Under cut all other companies. Plus threw in 3 new window wells at no extra cost. We would recommend them 100%.All in all great job and great crew.
Trevor and his crew did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. They were able to get the job done within 5 days of me contacting them and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards.
