Absolutely outstanding customer service. I visited the store last fall to scout out inflatable kayaks ahead of the boat show. I was told that Hobie was introducing new flip up fin technology so boat show price would reflect that. I ended buying Fogh's floor model with old technology. 2 months later at the boat show I was really disappointed to see that the new board with new tech was only a few hundred more. When I contacted Fogh the following Monday, Deb did not hesitate to offer me a new board in the spring at boat show price. (i could return the floor model and pay the difference.) Apparently a tariff had been removed and the boat show price reflected the decrease. I was thrilled. I love my new kayak. Best customer service ever!!

Stephanie at Fogh \braided\ this rope for outhaul on mainsail....old one snapped. Bought new rope and addl gear. New to sailing so Im extra appreciative to going the extra mile. Thank you
I have been a customer for about six years. There’s always a feeling of excitement when I walk in the store. They are very busy but you can tell that everyone there cares about customer service and is working very hard. I have purchased a lot of clothing, apparel, and sailing parts. Recently one of the managers name Rob, spent a lot of time with me over about a 400 rigging job which I believe in their scope is pretty small potatoes, But despite that he spent a lot of time with me until I understood what I needed and why. As a novice sailor I really need that expertise. I will continue to shop at Fogh Marine! ️️

Great marina for supplies and gear. Staff are helpful and informative. Large selection of boating accessories at competitive prices. Would recommend for any boat owner who is looking for a well stocked marina in the GTA.
