I discovered Flow Smart Living Interiors via their Instagram account. From first contact to arranging an in-person meeting the service was thoughtful and seamless. Lana was my point of contact, design consultant and problem solver. We had a great initial meeting, she reviewed the townhouse, took measurements then we discussed what an appropriate look and feel would be, how many rooms would require staging, along with timeline. Her professionalism, sensitivity, guidance and design sensibility definitely made me feel that we were in good hands. The day of staging, she came with her team on time and transformed the canvas into a dream. All the furniture selected where well appointed, and made the home inviting and spacious. She told me the goal is always to charm potential buyers within moments of their arrival. We happened to list our home just when open houses were banned due to COVID, we were so concerned as the property had only been on the market for 1.5 days. But one of those visitors put in an offer 3 days later, the sale was confirmed shortly thereafter. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate to call up Flow Smart Living Interiors.

Lana from Flow was incredible. She immediately understood the highlights of the place, and new how to accentuate the location, house and light. We had already done some editing and fresh painting, but Lana turned a quality home into a refined, high end home. In other words, she made the most of every room and made the experience of a buyer seamless and inviting. Absolutely worth every penny. Also worked with Isabelle the owner who was professional, kind, and extremely responsive. Even if your home is furnished, I think Flow can make the home sale go faster, with much better offers, and bring out the best in the home. Very grateful for their excellent work.
