Not impressed by the customer service. I ordered on May 23rd and have not received my tracking number. I'm in London and not sure it should take 2 weeks to come from Toronto to London. Also, I've called twice......no answer and no chance to leave a message as they don't have voicemail set up. I've sent emails to Maria and Andrew, with zero response. Not a great 1st impression.
These are hands-down the best pancake mix I've ever had! They're so easy to make, they're super filling, plus they're so healthy for you! I can eat these all day! Literally a game changer for me.
Bought their protien pancake mix from Costco and tasted SO overwhelmingly of fake sugara that I gagged. My 4 year old wouldn't even eat it. To make matters worse they recently did a giveaway to get more followers and are REFUSING to give the promised prize to the winner. Disgusting behavior.
FRUSTRATING!! They sent the incorrect order and I agree with the other review - its impossible to get a hold of them and the number is incorrect on the website?? I do not think I will order from them again as the customer service is horrible.
Worst customer service ever. Would never purchase from them again. Emailed them 5 times and got no reply AT ALL, when website mentions replies are after less than 24 hours! No way to be able to reach them if you have any problem with your order (as mentioned in other reviews as well). Also, website and at checkout says 1-4 days delivery, got my package after 13-14 days or more.
The absolute best tasting pancakes ever it’s honestly amazing they only require water. So easy to make, so filling, delicious, fluffy and filling you’d think they were “bad for you” pancakes, Yet they have amazing macros! I’m hooked for life
These have to be the easiest to make and most healthy pancakes I have EVER come across. They taste awesome too, especially if you aren't looking for something that is good for your body and not overly sweet. Surprisingly large bang for your buck too.
