we bought carpet for the upper level of our home from this store and had them install it. We were told that we had chosen a great quality carpet and underlay and that it would last us for a long time. After about a year the carpet became black against all of the walls and at the seams were they cut it. We called to complain and they came out to have a look and we were told that this is normal for a cream coloured carpet. We have a cream coloured carpet in our basement that was there when we bought the house 16 years ago and it still looks new so this doesn't make sense. Now the carpet has started to come loose and is starting to ripple in some areas. I called the store again to be told this is also normal and we can pay them to come out and stretch it out and fix it. No thanks! I will not spend another dollar at this store. Now we are stuck with this ugly looking carpet throughout the entire upper level of our home and will have to replace the whole thing which is so disappointing. Wish i could give zero stars!
