Really impressed with this place. Their customer service is great and prices are even better. I submitted an inquiry via the website and Brian got back to me the next day. I went to the store on Friday to pick out my carpet. Install happened Tuesday evening. The sales gent was knowledgable, friendly, and quick. Large selection of flooring. This was not my first reno with flooring. After going through End of Roll and shady contractors previously I did not want a headache for two bedrooms needing new carpet. I was shopping around for a decent and reputable company that wouldn't give me hassle and guff. This place is exactly that. Zak and his team did awesome work on the install. Even installed new transitions. They were professional and quick with no damage to my house. Zak came by for a quick complimentary measurement before installation. Whole process took 6 days. No issues whatsoever. Will definitely go with these guys again in the future.

I don’t like to post negative reviews. But I feel like I have to for this store. I wanted to give my business to this place, instead of a big chain like Home Depot. But I was disappointed when the two salespeople in the store didn’t even say hello when I walked in. They just starred, and then eventually asked in a rude way, “can I help you??” The kicker was when I had to ask the salesperson to wear his mask properly (was wearing on his chin) when he was showing me something closely. How irresponsible of a business this far into the covid pandemic to not practice safe guidelines around their customers.
