We purchased over 1550 sq. ft. of luxury vinyl flooring and we couldn't be happier with the service and the pricing. Greg is the most helpful person going. He not only helped me select the best flooring for my needs, he also gave me a much better price than I was expecting! When it came time to pick up the flooring, I had to do it in 3 trips. He was there every time to help me load it into my minivan even going so far as opening early so I could get it done on my timing! Greg does all this by himself! He really needs a hefty raise for doing his job! Thank you Greg! You are an excellent example of what customer service is all about!

We had an excellent experience with the purchase and installation of new hardwood flooring that covered our entire main floor. Greg at the Barrie store was not only knowledgeable and helpful in our floor selection but also very patient in assisting in our difficult selection process. Pricing was very competitive and the delivery from the central warehouse was quick and as promised. The experienced installation team of Adam and Daniel were exceptional. Adam was fast to visit us and extremely helpful in handling all of our questions and providing options and recommendations. Daniel did a superb job in installing the floor with the greatest of attention to detail and was not only tireless and professional but also a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them! My experience with Flooring Liquidators was amazing! Greg was super friendly and helpful. They went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After many trips and taking multiple samples home I chose the floor. It was delivered within 2-3 days. However when I opened it and laid out a few boards I was sick to my stomach when I realized I had made a huge mistake with the colourway I had chosen. I explained the situation to Greg. He was able to work some magic and I was able to exchange my flooring for a different colourway for minimal cost. It was delivered promptly and I didn’t have to change the original install date. I recently used Flooring Liquidators and was extremely happy with the outcome. Hassan was the one who helped me through the process. He knew my budget wasn't the greatest but he didn't dismiss me like other companies did before, which I greatly appreciated. He helped walk me through the process since I was a first timer with flooring, was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You can tell Hassan loves what he does and that made the process very enjoyable. Karma will come around to this guy, he was excellent! Even the installers they use were super friendly, knowledgeable and very comfortable to have in your home. The store has a beautiful selection of flooring and I found exactly what I was looking for!
