I must say that the flooring product is wonderful. The customer service is okay and requires lots of follow up to get anywhere. The contractors are great but it was a real struggle to get the trims in. We went through started the process in mid Dec2019 and the demo and floor install was in by the end of the month. We were hit with a few delays due to the contractors having some issues with their vehicle and I’m surprised there isn’t a spare. We had some tile work which was by another contractor. Luckily, the flooring and tile installer knew each other and communicated well their expectations. The tiling work was excellent but the scheduling didn’t sound like something flooring liquidators took care of. The final thing to resolve was the trims. Suppose to be stained and installed mid-Jan and actually completed end of Feb. I can’t say I’m happy with the scheduling but am happy with the final product.
Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and honest in his approach to helping me pick a floor. It was very obvious that his priority was the customer experience over the making of a sale. I appreciated his expertise and honestly. If you need floors I highly recommend visiting Aaron at floor liquidators. Great prices. Great quality. Can’t go wrong.
