A great hike on a sunny day (winter or summer) really pulls you in as you hike a dirt/ gravel path taking in all natures glory. fallowing the main trail you come to the falls Popular among locals as a swimming hole in lower water level months, the water is clean as it flows from the nearby mountains. Be on the look out for any fossils or footprints as TR is known for it's rich fossil deposits.

Great place for a lunch stop, easy hilly walk. At low water you can approach right to the brink and sit on the exposed rock or go below to examine the geology next to it. The washed up debris is solid for walking on. Take a look at the fantastic color in the side creek coming from the bog next to it. There are pit toilets and a huge covered shelter near the falls with tables.
