I contacted Ryan last year for a gas fireplace maintenance. He did a thorough and careful job but diplomatically pointed out that these units don't last forever and, with 20 years of good service, it might be time to consider a replacement. His advice checked out and this year I had Ryan replace the unit. The job was completed with minimal fuss and bother. It was easy to contact and communicate with Ryan and there were no surprises in the timing and cost of the install. Again, the work was done with care and thoroughness. Couldn't ask for more!

We recently had a new gas insert installed in our old wood burning fire place. The result is amazing, and we're super happy with the quality, workmanship, and communication from Ryan and his team. Purchasing something in this price range can be nerve-racking but the team at Flametech made the entire process super easy and stress free. Can't recommend them enough.
