My wife and I just bought our second treadmill from Flaman. There was a supplier delay which caused a fair bit of concern but Ken was terrific. He worked with us to find a solution and the problem was remedied quickly and professionally. We'd recommend Flaman to any one. Great products and excellent service!!!

We purchased the 6 sided MD Buddy Trampoline, its fun but the one we got has a defect. The lock pin hole on the one side were drilled too big causing it to indent downwards! Flaman is displaying ignorance towards the fact that this was machined wrong which will cause the frame to wear at this weakened point. I wouldn't purchase this online! In store only so you can make sure you don't get the defected one. Not helpful at all!

Incredibly impressed the service provided by Tyler of Flaman Fitness! We are located out of Saskatoon and he was assigned a warranty claim by another company. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently in one visit. My next fitness machines will definitely be from Flamans. Service and quality are everything!

Tyler Mosher, service technician, repaired our treadmill and made sure the repair functioned well. He also explained the process to us and educated us on how to care for the treadmill. I am very pleased with Tyler’s efforts along with the ease of booking a service technician from Flaman Fitness! Great job!

Was interested in purchasing a new piece of equipment for my home gym spent at least 20 minutes in the store and was never once approached by staff to see if i need help finding something or if I was interested in buying something. One other customer in the store who was apparently so important that I could not even be acknowledged as a potential customer. So now I will have to wait another week and go to another store. Very unhappy with this experience.
