The delivery and service team are awesome! Great guys, very friendly, and very knowledgeable! They had my treadmill moved from one location to another in no time at all, at the same time being very careful not to damage anything during the move! I would definitely use them again!
Can’t say enough about the service and the overall shopping experience I’ve received from Brad and the rest of the Flaman Fitness team. Even during the pandemic Brad has been able to get me numerous products that have been sold out everywhere else and kept his word throughout. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for fitness equipment.
Another excellent product. Love my bike! Top notch service. Informed staff who ensured that I picked the right bike for me. Special call out to Doug and Kai. Doug noticed a misalignment after the bike was set up and ordered another post right away. They were also knowledgeable and respectful of current provincial health guidelines when entering my home. Great service. Had to have one ordered in as they were sold out.. It came fast and we they honored the sales price. Staff was very informative on the products.
Doug & Kai came out to check my treadmill it was making a ticking sound. Doug found it was the motor belt rubbing , he snipped a piece of it off & the sound was gone! Kai also greased the treadmill deck for me . Great service from these two & no charge ! Thank you !
