If you choose to call this location, prepare yourself for an unprofessional automated message which promptly puts you on hold. Once you get through, they'll be out of stock and cut you off mid sentence with a \yeah sorry about that\ as they hold a second conversation with a customer inside the store. Such low effort is honestly a disgrace to the fitness industry.
Emailed them mid April to inquire about new stock. They told me they would get new stock around May 10. I emailed them May 8th - no response. Called them - no response. I finally get a hold of them on May 11 and guess what? - no stock left! Great!
We were in the market for some home exercise equipment for a while and we finally narrowed our search down to a few elliptical machines. Flaman had the better selection and better prices so we made it our first stop and we were glad we did. Tim was a great help even though he said that the regular salesman was off that day and his knowledge of the ellipticals was limited. I think he was just being modest. He helped us find a great quality machine while staying within our budget. It was a feel good buying experience. Thanks Tim.
After the lack of response and snotty customer service, I’ll inquire about weights elsewhere.
