Awful experience. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN THOUGH I WAS SOLD A DAMAGED SPIN BIKE. This company is taking advantage of that fact that everyone is eager for at-home fitness equipment right now. Shop anywhere else. They are not locally owned, you’re better to buy on Amazon. I’ve had multiple calls with the manager since I originally posted this. I was redirected to a 1-800 number in Seattle. After I still didn’t get help I followed up with the manager again and I was promised a replacement part. I have still haven’t received a thing. It’s been three weeks and I have a massive piece of expensive equipment taking up space in my apartment I can’t do a thing with. I just want it out, do not shop here.

Ordered a kettlebell today from Flaman Fitness in Burlington. The whole process is very simple and straightforward. From calling the store and paying over the phone, to picking up in person with curb side pick-up, the staff at Flaman always make everything easy for the customer. Curbside pickup is appreciated by me. I have ordered many fitness/physiotherapy items from here over the past 5 years and will continue to do so in the future, Great job Flaman staff!

Greatly appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful young lady Rebecca on the phone today. The item I was looking for is not currently in stock, but she suggested a few other things that might also work, as shipments are delayed at this time. She took the time to explain to me how things were currently being done, with regards to visiting the store in person, wearing my mask, and making an appointment first. Nice to get a friendly person of the other end of the phone.
