We placed an order for custom flags and were delighted with the quality of the product. Delivery was more than ten days as stated, however, within three weeks of them being in the sun the colours began to fade extremely !!! We brought this to the attention of the Flagworks staff who immediately offered to reprint the whole order flags at no cost to us, and also to pay any Customs duties as they were to be shipped to a different country. It took a while, but the new flags have arrived and look fabulous. We are now in need of another order of the same thing so won't hesitate to reorder. Two STARS for delivery timeline but FIVE STARS for correcting the problem. Thanks.
