It was very impressed with the owner, he came prepared to resolve the issue we had with a unusual order occurring when the fireplace was firing. He has a host of modern tools to sniff and test the air for hydro carbon and CO2. The conclusion was the fireplace was safe to operate. If you have concerns about anything with your gas fireplace give them a call. They are busy so this supports that they are a respected company.

Todd was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I appreciated his knowledge and answered any questions I had. Showed me my fireplace and how the valves worked. Even showed me how to re light my pilot light if this happen to occur again. The ease of making an appointment to the finished product was excellent. Thank again

We were very pleased with the service we got from Fix Fireplace. We live in Crossfield and have an older fireplace that wouldn’t light. The technician (Dave) was able to diagnose the problem and have it up and running in no time at all. He was able to answer any questions we had and made sure our fireplace was working like new again.
