My car needed a door maybe 2 that could have been bought at Kenny u-pull for 150 in the same color but they did their quote and it was for over 3000 so they wrote my little car off. The car I had working and running perfectly! They inflated the quote so bad because it was insurance based I guess.

I usually don't do reviews (for good or bad as I usually don't have the time). Don't walk, turn and run from this bodyshop. Had Ford Motor Company send my Platinum F-150 here to take care of a dime-size rust spot under warranty on the drivers door. Upon completion of repair, the drivers mirror was not mounted properly, the inside door panel was loose, they forgot to hook up the power window connection and the paint was a miss match. They ended up respraying the door another 2 times (only for it not be to a match, still, and resulted in rude/ very unprofessional customer service and said that's the best they can do) and here we are, 2.5 years later and the dime-size rust spot is back (but it's no longer under Fix Autos paint warranty so I'm looking at taking the truck to another bodyshop on my dime).
Had my car fixed here after an accident last month, service was great! It was fixed ahead of schedule and everything was explained really well. Fantastic customer service !

This will be my fourth time back for the same insurance claim, not acceptable. Its just fine detail things that should be standard practice: wheel liner not installed correctly and the fog lights were placed on the wrong side, very obvious screw up. Then lied that they would replace the liner, waiting for the part...on and on...brought it in when they said the part was in...they used the same liner just bent it to fit. THEN cracked the bumper repair when reinstalling.This was through Dartmouth, they told my to call Halifax if i had a complaint. Went to Halifax. They fixed Dartmouth's mistakes but they didn't return the wheel lock key to remove the wheels...it almost seems joke. I'm hoping they still have it. Time will tell, I drop in Monday.
