Back shopping at our favourite Fitness supply store today - getting the current, final? piece for our home gym. Lou and Eugene are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their industry. The store is clean and well laid out. We are beyond pleased with our equipment - the quality of the items and the expertise of the guys - explaining the best equipment based on our specific needs. We’re very proud of our work out space and love the ease of moving the benches and our bike about to suit each of our needs - we’ve got 4 of us working out in our home gym at different times. Our 16 year old has a personal trainer 1x a week, then comes home and continues his routine here without any disruptions to his training. Thank you Lou and Eugene for making setting up and shopping for our home gym such a positive experience!

I've been getting my fitness equipment here for a few years now. Lou and the crew are simply the best! Always friendly and willing to help with their great knowledge. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will order it for you right away! I recommend buying your fitness equipment here from people who actually workout and know what they are talking about. Five stars guys!

Although I live out of province, I reached out to Lou - the manager - for guidance on equipment and sourcing for my home gym. He was able to connect quickly with the Edmonton, AB location and find exactly what I needed in record time. Prices were fantastic, I found what I was looking for below the current cost of buying used on the buy and sell and customer service was exceptional. Will definitely return for any new additions!
Came in here during Black Friday to finally invest in a home gym setup. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Had visited Fitness Depot as well to compare prices and equipment, but I definitely received the better customer experience here. I was free to look around and was never pressured to make a decision or have things I didn't need thrown at me. When I needed help, Eugene was fantastic in recommendations and asking questions I hadn't considered. I left with a quote on the prices which was very fair. Despite not having bought anything, Eugene was still very patient and answered lots of questions on the phone. I ended up choosing Fitness Town based on the price and customer service. Pickup was very easy and I was very pleased with my experience. It's almost been two months now and the equipment I purchased has no issues. I'll definitely be coming back for any other fitness needs. Thanks for your help!
